This User Agreement ("Agreement") sets forth the terms and conditions between the DreamChaser application ("Application"), now registered under Hypera Teknoloji San. Tic. A.Ş. ("Company"), and all users ("Users") regarding the use of the Application. By using or accessing the Application, Users represent and warrant that they are at least 18 years old or have reached the legal age of majority and have the legal capacity to enter into this User Agreement. Users confirm that they have read and fully understood its contents and unconditionally accept and agree to all of its provisions.

1. Services

1.1 DreamChaser provides various services within the Application using artificial intelligence, including but not limited to dream interpretation, relationship analysis, AI-based virtual astrologer chatbot, face photo analysis, and hand photo analysis. Users can share their dreams for interpretation, enter personal information about themselves and their partners for relationship analysis, and use the chatbot named Suzan, which is an AI-based virtual astrologer.

1.2 The new features include AI-driven face and hand photo analysis. These analyses are intended to provide insights based on visual data, but Users should understand that these insights are generated by artificial intelligence and are for entertainment purposes only.

1.3 DreamChaser emphasizes that all services provided by the Application, including dream interpretations, chatbot interactions, relationship analysis, face photo analysis, and hand photo analysis, are purely for entertainment purposes. These services are designed to offer Users an enjoyable experience. The content generated by artificial intelligence has no connection to reality and is purely simulated. These services should not be the basis for personal or professional decisions. They are not to be considered as fortune-telling and do not provide accurate or false predictions about the future. They do not have any religious or metaphysical basis. The content generated by artificial intelligence may create misunderstandings and may not be suitable for children or individuals with mental disabilities.

2. User Responsibilities and Content Sharing

2.1 Users agree to comply with the following terms when using the DreamChaser application: a. Users will not share content that violates the law, is threatening, harassing, defamatory, pornographic, or morally objectionable. b. Users will not share content that infringes upon the privacy rights or intellectual property rights of others.

2.2 Users acknowledge that all analysis, comments, or messaging content within the Application are simulated products created by artificial intelligence for entertainment purposes and are not connected to reality. Users acknowledge that DreamChaser does not guarantee the accuracy of this content.

3. Use and Security of Personal Data

3.1 DreamChaser respects the privacy rights of Users and takes necessary measures to protect personal data. Users agree that the personal information provided during registration will be securely stored. DreamChaser uses personal information such as username, email, date of birth, and password solely for providing services and enhancing user experience.

3.2 For astrological analysis, Users and their partners may be requested to provide names, birthplaces, birth times, and birth dates. Additionally, for face and hand photo analysis, Users may be required to submit images of their faces and hands. This information is only used for the purpose of conducting the relevant analysis and providing services.

4. Membership Cancellation and Data Deletion

4.1 Users have the right to cancel their membership at any time. They can use the "Delete My Membership" button located in the "Profile" section of the Application to cancel their membership. Once the membership cancellation process is completed, DreamChaser will securely initiate the data deletion process.

4.2 Users acknowledge that, upon canceling their membership, the relevant information will be permanently deleted, and that DreamChaser will not have access to this data.

5. Changes and Updates

5.1 DreamChaser reserves the right to unilaterally modify or update this User Agreement. Changes to the Agreement will become effective by publishing an updated version within the Application. Users agree to regularly review the changes made to the Agreement.

6. Limitation of Legal Liability

6.1 DreamChaser shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages or losses arising from the use of the Application or the services provided.

6.2 DreamChaser may review, retain, and disclose acquired data and information in accordance with applicable laws upon requests from legislative and executive bodies or competent authorities and based on court/prosecutor orders.

7. Contact

7.1 Users may use DreamChaser's communication channels to communicate with DreamChaser or for any issues or inquiries regarding the User Agreement.

This User Agreement represents the agreement between Users who use the DreamChaser application and DreamChaser. Users are deemed to have accepted this Agreement by accessing or using the Application.
