PART I — CORE AGREEMENT
1. Acceptance & Eligibility
1.1 These Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the DreamChaser mobile application (the “App” or “Service”) on iOS and Android, operated by Trueyogi Wellness Teknoloji Tic. A.Ş. (“Trueyogi”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
1.2 By creating an account, downloading, installing, or otherwise accessing the App, you (the “User” or “you”) confirm that: (a) you have read and understood these Terms; (b) you accept them as a legally binding agreement between you and Trueyogi; (c) you meet the age requirements set forth in Section 3; and (d) you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
1.3 If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the App. You may close any open session and uninstall the App from your device.
2. Definitions
For the purposes of these Terms, the following capitalized terms have the meanings set out below:
- “AI Content” means any output produced by the App’s artificial intelligence systems, including dream interpretations, Suzan chatbot responses, relationship and compatibility analyses, face analyses, palm analyses, Tarot interpretations, and astrological readings.
- “App” or “Service” means the DreamChaser mobile application, including all features, content, software, and updates.
- “Biometric Data” means face and palm photographs that you submit to the App for analysis purposes.
- “Credit Pack” means a one-time in-app purchase of in-App credits used to unlock specific features.
- “Privacy Policy” means the DreamChaser Privacy Policy in effect from time to time, which forms an integral part of these Terms.
- “Subscription” means a recurring paid plan purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
- “User Content” means any input you submit to the App, including dreams, questions for the Suzan chatbot, partner information, names, dates and places of birth, birth times, Biometric Data, and any other voluntary submission.
3. Account Registration & Age
3.1 To use the Service, you must register an account by providing accurate and complete information, including a username, email address, date of birth, and password.
3.2 Minimum Age. You must be at least thirteen (13) years of age to use the Service.
3.3 Jurisdiction-specific age thresholds apply. Where you reside in a country listed below, parental or legal guardian consent is required if you are below the corresponding age:
• European Union: 16 years (lower thresholds, as low as 13 years, may apply in certain Member States; refer to your local law);
• United Kingdom: 13 years;
• Republic of Korea: 14 years;
• Japan: 15 years;
• United States: 13 years (use by children under 13 is strictly prohibited in accordance with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act);
• Other jurisdictions: the applicable local age of digital consent.
3.4 If you are below the age of majority in your country of residence but at or above the applicable minimum age threshold, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed these Terms and consented to your use of the Service on your behalf.
3.5 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must notify Trueyogi immediately of any unauthorized access by emailing info@dreamchaser.app.
3.6 You may not transfer your account to another person, use another person’s account, or maintain more than one account, except where expressly permitted by Trueyogi.
4. Description of Services
4.1 The App provides artificial intelligence-powered entertainment services, including but not limited to:
(a) dream interpretation;
(b) relationship and compatibility analysis;
(c) an AI astrologer chatbot known as “Suzan”;
(d) face photograph analysis (Chinese face reading style);
(e) palm photograph analysis;
(f) astrological readings, Tarot interpretations, and other fortune-telling-style features.
4.2 AI Transparency Notice. In accordance with the European Union Artificial Intelligence Act and equivalent transparency requirements in other jurisdictions, you are informed that you are interacting with an artificial intelligence system. AI Content is generated automatically by algorithms and large language models and does not represent the views, opinions, or factual statements of any human astrologer, expert, or other person.
4.3 AI Provider Disclosure. The App uses a hybrid arrangement of third-party AI service providers, which may include Anthropic, PBC (the Claude family of models), Alibaba Cloud (the Qwen family of models), and OpenAI OpCo, LLC (the GPT family of models). Inputs you submit are transmitted to and processed by these providers as Trueyogi’s subprocessors under data processing agreements, and are subject to Section 16.
4.4 Trueyogi may, at its sole discretion, add, modify, suspend, or discontinue features of the App from time to time without prior notice, except where prior notice is required by law.
5. AI-Generated Content
5.1 Entertainment Purpose Only. All AI Content delivered by the App — including dream interpretations, Suzan chatbot responses, relationship and compatibility analyses, face analyses, palm analyses, Tarot readings, and astrological predictions — is provided solely for entertainment purposes.
5.2 No Reliance. AI Content:
(a) is not, and must not be relied upon as, professional advice of any kind, including medical, psychological, financial, legal, religious, or relationship advice;
(b) does not predict the future, real-world outcomes, or actual events;
(c) has no scientific, religious, or metaphysical basis;
(d) may contain inaccuracies, contradictions, or content that some users may find misleading, inappropriate, or offensive.
5.3 Decision-Making. You agree not to base any personal, professional, medical, financial, legal, or relationship decisions on AI Content. You acknowledge that any such reliance is at your own risk.
5.4 Vulnerable Users. AI Content may not be appropriate for children, individuals with cognitive impairments, or persons in mental health distress. If you or someone you know is experiencing emotional or mental health difficulties, please seek qualified professional help, such as licensed therapists, counselors, or local emergency services.
5.5 Content Generation Notice. Where required by applicable law, AI-generated outputs may be labeled or disclosed as such within the App.
6. User Content & License
6.1 Ownership. You retain ownership of all User Content you submit to the App.
6.2 Limited License to Trueyogi. By submitting User Content, you grant Trueyogi a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sub-licensable license to host, store, transmit, process, and display User Content strictly for the purpose of providing the Service to you and operating, maintaining, and improving the App’s functionality.
6.3 No AI Training. Trueyogi confirms that User Content (including dreams, Suzan chat messages, partner information, and Biometric Data) is not used to train, fine-tune, or otherwise improve any artificial intelligence model, whether operated by Trueyogi or by any third party. Subprocessors are contractually prohibited from using User Content for their own model training to the extent required by applicable law.
6.4 Representations and Warranties. You represent and warrant that: (a) you have all necessary rights to submit the User Content; (b) the User Content does not infringe any third-party rights, including intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights; and (c) photographs submitted depict only yourself, unless you have obtained the prior explicit consent of any other person depicted.
6.5 Prohibited Content. You agree not to submit User Content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, harassing, threatening, pornographic, sexually explicit, hateful, discriminatory, infringing of third-party rights, or otherwise objectionable.
6.6 Removal. Trueyogi reserves the right, but does not assume the obligation, to review, remove, or refuse User Content that violates these Terms or applicable law.
7. Photo Analysis — Biometric Data Handling
7.1 Voluntary Submission. Face and palm photograph analysis features require you to voluntarily submit Biometric Data of your own face and/or palm. You are not required to use these features to access the App.
7.2 Session-Only Processing. Biometric Data you submit is:
(a) transmitted to Trueyogi servers via encrypted connection;
(b) processed by AI analysis services for the sole purpose of generating the requested analysis;
(c) permanently deleted from Trueyogi servers and all subprocessor systems within sixty (60) seconds of analysis completion, and in any event no later than the end of your active session;
(d) not retained, stored, archived, or reused for any further purpose, including model training, profiling, marketing, or analytics.
7.3 Special Category Acknowledgment. Biometric Data may be classified as a “special category of personal data” under Article 9 of the EU General Data Protection Regulation, as “sensitive personal information” under the California Privacy Rights Act, as “sensitive personal information” under the Korean Personal Information Protection Act, and under similar categories in other jurisdictions. By submitting Biometric Data, you provide your explicit, informed, and specific consent to its session-only processing as described in Section 7.2.
7.4 Right to Withdraw Consent. You may withdraw your consent to future Biometric Data processing at any time by ceasing to submit photographs. Past analyses already performed cannot be reversed, but because no Biometric Data is retained beyond the analysis session, there is no stored data to delete.
7.5 Restrictions on Use. You agree to submit only photographs of yourself and not of any other person without their explicit, prior, written consent. Submission of photographs of minors other than yourself is strictly prohibited.
8. Subscriptions & In-App Purchases
8.1 Billing Provider. All paid Subscriptions and in-app purchases are processed exclusively through the Apple App Store (for iOS users) or the Google Play Store (for Android users). Trueyogi does not bill you directly.
8.2 No Free Trial. The App does not currently offer free trial periods for Subscriptions. Subscription pricing, including the applicable currency, billing period, and renewal terms, is disclosed in the App prior to purchase.
8.3 Auto-Renewal. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period at the then-current price, unless cancelled at least twenty-four (24) hours before the end of the current period. Auto-renewal may be turned off in your Apple ID or Google Play account settings.
8.4 Cancellation. You may cancel a Subscription at any time through your Apple ID or Google Play account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period; you will continue to have access to paid features until that date.
8.5 Right of Withdrawal (EU and UK). Where required by EU or UK consumer protection law, you have the right to withdraw from a Subscription within fourteen (14) days of purchase without giving any reason. To exercise this right, contact info@dreamchaser.app. You acknowledge that, by accessing premium digital content immediately upon purchase, you may be deemed to have requested immediate provision and thereby waived your right of withdrawal once provision begins; this waiver applies only where permitted by mandatory law.
8.6 Refunds. Refund requests are governed by the policies of Apple and Google. Trueyogi does not process refunds directly. Where mandatory local consumer law grants refund rights beyond Apple’s or Google’s policies, those rights are preserved.
8.7 Credit Packs. One-time purchases of in-App credits (“Credit Packs”) are non-refundable except where required by mandatory local law. Credits expire twelve (12) months after the date of purchase if unused. Credits have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be transferred between accounts.
8.8 Price Changes. Trueyogi may modify Subscription pricing with at least thirty (30) days’ prior notice via in-App notification or email. Continued use of a Subscription after the effective date of the new price constitutes acceptance of the change.
8.9 Apple/Google Account Required. To purchase Subscriptions or Credit Packs you must maintain an Apple ID or Google Play account in good standing and comply with the respective platform’s terms of service.
9. Acceptable Use
9.1 You agree NOT to:
(a) use the Service for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose;
(b) submit User Content prohibited under Section 6.5;
(c) reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the App or any of its components;
(d) use automated systems, including bots, scrapers, or crawlers, to access or interact with the Service;
(e) circumvent or attempt to circumvent any access restrictions, paywalls, or technical protections of the App;
(f) impersonate any person or misrepresent your identity, affiliation, or origin of any User Content;
(g) submit photographs of any person other than yourself without their prior explicit consent;
(h) interfere with or attempt to interfere with the security, integrity, or availability of the Service;
(i) sell, resell, sublicense, rent, lease, or otherwise commercially exploit the Service or any AI Content.
9.2 Trueyogi may, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, remove User Content and suspend or terminate accounts found to be in breach of this Section.
10. Intellectual Property
10.1 Ownership. The App, together with all software, design elements, text, graphics, logos, audio, video, the “Suzan” character, the “DreamChaser” name and trademarks, and all other content delivered by Trueyogi, are owned by or licensed to Trueyogi and are protected by Turkish, international, and applicable foreign copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
10.2 License Grant to User. Trueyogi grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to install and use the App on personal devices that you own or control, solely for personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms.
10.3 AI Content. AI Content produced for you may be used by you for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not republish, redistribute, sell, or commercially exploit AI Content without Trueyogi’s prior written permission.
10.4 Reservation of Rights. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by Trueyogi.
11. Account Termination
11.1 Termination by You. You may terminate your account at any time by using the “Delete My Membership” function in the “Profile” section of the App, or by emailing info@dreamchaser.app with the subject line “Delete My Account”.
11.2 Effect of Termination. Upon termination of your account:
(a) your access to the App and all Subscription benefits will cease;
(b) your personal data will be deleted in accordance with the Privacy Policy and applicable law, typically within thirty (30) days, except where retention is required by law (such as tax and accounting records) or for legitimate purposes (such as fraud prevention and dispute resolution);
(c) any active Subscriptions billed through Apple or Google must be separately cancelled through those services; Trueyogi cannot cancel such Subscriptions on your behalf;
(d) any unused Credit Packs are forfeited and non-refundable;
(e) those provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including Sections 5, 10, 13, 14, 15, 19, 20, and 21 — will continue in effect.
11.3 Termination by Trueyogi. Trueyogi may suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice, for material breach of these Terms, fraudulent or illegal activity, security risks, prolonged inactivity, or where required by law or court order. Where practicable, Trueyogi will give you notice and an opportunity to remedy the issue.
12. User Data & Privacy
12.1 Privacy Policy. Trueyogi collects and processes personal data in accordance with the DreamChaser Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. You are encouraged to review the Privacy Policy carefully.
12.2 Categories of Subprocessors. Trueyogi engages the following categories of third-party processors to deliver the Service:
(a) Cloud infrastructure and analytics (Google Firebase);
(b) Subscription management and entitlement (RevenueCat);
(c) Paywall presentation and experimentation (Superwall);
(d) Ad mediation and monetization (Liftoff/Vungle and equivalent partners);
(e) AI processing (Anthropic, Alibaba Cloud, OpenAI).
12.3 Data Subject Rights. You may exercise data subject rights — including the rights of access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, and objection — by contacting info@dreamchaser.app. Trueyogi will respond within the timeframes required by applicable law.
12.4 Security. Trueyogi implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction, including encryption in transit, access controls, and periodic security reviews.
PART II — RISK & RESPONSIBILITY
13. Disclaimers
13.1 AS-IS Basis. The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
13.2 Trueyogi specifically disclaims any warranties of:
(a) merchantability;
(b) fitness for a particular purpose;
(c) non-infringement of third-party rights;
(d) accuracy, completeness, reliability, or currentness of AI Content;
(e) uninterrupted, error-free, virus-free, or secure operation of the Service.
13.3 Entertainment Only. You acknowledge that AI Content has no predictive, scientific, religious, or factual basis, as described in Section 5.
13.4 Preservation of Local Consumer Rights. Where mandatory consumer protection law in your country of residence grants warranties or remedies that cannot be waived, those rights are preserved notwithstanding this Section.
14. Limitation of Liability
14.1 Exclusion of Indirect Damages. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trueyogi, its officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, business opportunity, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Service.
14.2 Liability Cap. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trueyogi’s total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Service, regardless of legal theory, shall not exceed the greater of (a) the total amount you paid to Trueyogi (via Apple or Google) in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) fifty United States Dollars (USD 50).
14.3 Local Law Carve-Out. Nothing in this Section limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded under mandatory local law, including, where applicable, liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, and any other liability that the law prohibits limiting or excluding.
15. Indemnification
15.1 You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Trueyogi, its officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, demands, actions, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or in connection with:
(a) your breach of these Terms;
(b) your User Content;
(c) your violation of any third-party right, including intellectual property, privacy, or publicity right;
(d) your violation of any applicable law, regulation, or industry code.
15.2 Trueyogi reserves the right, at its own expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you, in which event you will cooperate with Trueyogi in asserting any available defenses.
16. Third-Party Services
16.1 Integration with Third Parties. The Service integrates with third-party services described in Section 12.2. These third parties operate under their own terms of service and privacy policies, which apply when you use the relevant features. Trueyogi is not responsible for the acts or omissions of any third party.
16.2 AI Subprocessors. Inputs you submit to the App’s AI features are transmitted to AI service providers — currently Anthropic, PBC, Alibaba Cloud, and OpenAI OpCo, LLC, or such other providers as Trueyogi may engage from time to time — for processing as Trueyogi’s subprocessors. These providers are bound by data processing agreements that, where applicable law requires, prohibit the use of User Content for their own model training.
16.3 Apple and Google. Apple Inc. and Google LLC are the distribution and payment platforms for the App on iOS and Android respectively. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms of service. Sections 23 and 24 contain platform-specific terms.
17. Modifications
17.1 Right to Modify. Trueyogi may modify these Terms from time to time. For changes that materially affect your rights or obligations, Trueyogi will give at least thirty (30) days’ advance notice via in-App notification or email to the address associated with your account.
17.2 Acceptance. Continued use of the Service after the effective date of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must stop using the Service and may terminate your account under Section 11.
17.3 Version Tracking. The version number and effective date of these Terms are displayed in Section 25 and within the App. Prior versions are available upon request to info@dreamchaser.app.
18. Force Majeure
18.1 Trueyogi shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, civil unrest, government action, pandemic, internet or telecommunications outages, third-party service failures, cyber-attacks, and natural disasters. Trueyogi will use reasonable efforts to mitigate the impact of any such events on the availability of the Service.
PART III — LEGAL & MISCELLANEOUS
19. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
19.1 Governing Law. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
19.2 Preservation of Local Consumer Rights. Notwithstanding Section 19.1, if you are a consumer resident in the European Union, the United Kingdom, the United States, Canada, the Republic of Korea, Japan, or any other jurisdiction granting mandatory non-waivable consumer protection rights:
(a) you retain the protections of the mandatory laws of your country of residence;
(b) you may bring claims against Trueyogi in the courts of your country of residence, in accordance with applicable consumer law;
(c) Trueyogi may bring claims against you only in the courts of your country of residence.
19.3 Default Forum. Subject to Section 19.2, the courts of Ankara, Türkiye shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms.
20. Dispute Resolution
20.1 Informal Resolution. Before initiating any formal legal proceeding, you agree to first contact Trueyogi at info@dreamchaser.app, set out the nature of your dispute, and engage in good-faith negotiations to resolve the matter for a period of at least sixty (60) days.
20.2 Consumer Mediation. EU and UK consumers may use the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution platform (https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr) or any locally available consumer mediation service. Consumers in other jurisdictions may also use locally available consumer mediation services.
20.3 No Class Action. To the maximum extent permitted by law, you and Trueyogi agree that any dispute will be resolved on an individual basis only, and not as part of any class, collective, or representative proceeding. This waiver does not apply where prohibited by mandatory local law.
21. General Provisions
21.1 Severability. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to render it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
21.2 Entire Agreement. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Trueyogi regarding the App and supersede all prior agreements, communications, and understandings, whether written or oral.
21.3 No Waiver. Trueyogi’s failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not be deemed a waiver of that right or any other right or provision.
21.4 Assignment. You may not assign or transfer these Terms or any of your rights or obligations hereunder without Trueyogi’s prior written consent. Trueyogi may assign these Terms in whole or in part to any successor entity, including in connection with a merger, acquisition, restructuring, or sale of substantially all of its assets.
21.5 Headings. Section headings are provided for convenience only and do not affect the interpretation of these Terms.
21.6 Language. These Terms are issued in English. Translations may be provided for convenience. In the event of any conflict between the English version and any translation, the English version prevails, except where local mandatory law requires otherwise.
21.7 Independent Contractors. Nothing in these Terms creates a partnership, joint venture, agency, employment, or fiduciary relationship between you and Trueyogi.
21.8 Third-Party Beneficiaries. Except as expressly stated in Section 23.1(f) regarding Apple, these Terms do not confer any rights on any third party.

22.2 Trueyogi will send notices to the email address associated with your account and/or via in-App notification. It is your responsibility to keep your registered contact details current.
22.3 For data protection and privacy inquiries (including exercise of data subject rights), please contact info@dreamchaser.app with subject line “Privacy Request”.
23. Apple App Store Terms (iOS Users)
23.1 If you accessed or downloaded the App through the Apple App Store, the following supplemental apply:
(a) These Terms are concluded between you and Trueyogi only, and not with Apple Inc.; Trueyogi alone is responsible for the App and its content.
(b) Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support services for the App.
(c) In the event that the App fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price for the App; to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation whatsoever with respect to the App.
(d) Apple is not responsible for addressing any User or third-party claims relating to the App or your possession or use of it, including product liability, regulatory non-conformance, and consumer protection claims.
(e) Apple is not responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement, or discharge of any third-party intellectual property infringement claim relating to the App.
(f) You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a United States Government embargo or designated as a “terrorist supporting” country, and that you are not listed on any United States Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
(g) Apple Inc. and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.
24. Google Play Terms (Android Users)
24.1 If you accessed or downloaded the App through the Google Play Store, the following supplemental terms apply:
(a) These Terms are concluded between you and Trueyogi only, and not with Google LLC.
(b) Your use of the App must comply with the Google Play Terms of Service in effect from time to time.
(c) Trueyogi, not Google, is solely responsible for the App, including support, warranties, intellectual property, and any associated claims.
25. Effective Date & Version Control
25.1 These Terms are Version 2.0 and take effect on 13 May 2026, superseding all prior versions.
25.2 The version number and effective date will be updated whenever material changes are made to these Terms.
25.3 Earlier versions of these Terms are retained for record-keeping purposes and may be requested by contacting info@dreamchaser.app.
PART IV — JURISDICTION ADDENDA
The following addenda apply only to Users resident in the relevant jurisdictions. They form an integral part of these Terms and prevail over conflicting provisions of Parts I–III to the extent required by local law.
Addendum A — United States Residents
A.1 COPPA Compliance
The App is not directed to children under thirteen (13) years of age and Trueyogi does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided personal information, we will take steps to delete it. Users between 13 and the local age of majority confirm that parental consent has been obtained where required.
A.2 California (CCPA / CPRA)
Pursuant to the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act, California residents have the following rights:
- Right to Know: request a summary of personal information collected, used, shared, sold, or disclosed in the prior twelve (12) months;
- Right to Delete: request deletion of personal information, subject to legal retention exceptions;
- Right to Correct: request correction of inaccurate personal information;
- Right to Opt Out of Sale or Sharing: Trueyogi does not sell personal information for monetary consideration. Trueyogi may share certain identifiers with ad-monetization partners for cross-context behavioral advertising. To opt out, email info@dreamchaser.app with subject line “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information”;
- Right to Limit Use of Sensitive Personal Information: Biometric Data is processed on a session-only basis and is not retained, as set out in Section 7;
- Right to Non-Discrimination: Trueyogi will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
Authorized agents may submit requests on behalf of California residents with proper verification. Requests will be processed within forty-five (45) days, subject to extensions permitted by law.
A.3 Other US State Privacy Laws
Residents of Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas, Oregon, Montana, and other US states with comprehensive privacy laws are granted equivalent rights to those described above, in accordance with their respective state laws.
A.4 DMCA Notice
Copyright infringement notices under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act may be sent to info@dreamchaser.app with the subject line “DMCA Notice” and must comply with 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3), including identifying the copyrighted work, the allegedly infringing material, contact information, a statement of good-faith belief, a statement of accuracy, and a physical or electronic signature.
Addendum B — Canada Residents
B.1 PIPEDA Compliance
Trueyogi processes personal information of Canadian residents in accordance with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act and applicable provincial privacy legislation.
B.2 Quebec Law 25
Quebec residents have the following additional rights:
- right to request a French-language version of these Terms by contacting info@dreamchaser.app;
- right to data portability;
- right to deindexation of personal information;
- right to be informed of automated decision-making.

Addendum C — South Korea Residents (PIPA)
C.1 Personal Information Handling
- Data controller: Trueyogi Wellness Teknoloji Tic. A.Ş.
- Purpose of processing: providing the AI-based entertainment services described in Section 4;
- Retention period: until account deletion or as required by applicable law;
- Sensitive personal information: Biometric Data is processed on a session-only basis (Section 7) and is not retained.
C.2 Data Subject Rights
Korean residents may exercise the following rights by contacting info@dreamchaser.app:
- right to access personal information;
- right to correct or delete personal information;
- right to suspend processing;
- right to revoke consent.
C.3 Cross-Border Data Transfer
Personal information may be transferred to and processed in Türkiye and other jurisdictions where Trueyogi’s subprocessors operate (including the United States, the European Union, and Singapore for AI processing). Trueyogi takes appropriate safeguards, including contractual measures with subprocessors, to protect Korean residents’ personal information.
C.4 Age of Consent
Users under fourteen (14) years of age may not register or use the Service without the verifiable consent of a legal guardian.
C.5 Chief Privacy Officer Contact
Until a formal Chief Privacy Officer is designated locally, all privacy inquiries from Korean residents shall be directed to info@dreamchaser.app, attention: Privacy.
Addendum D — Japan Residents (APPI)
D.1 Personal Information Handling Business Operator
Trueyogi Wellness Teknoloji Tic. A.Ş. acts as the Personal Information Handling Business Operator under the Japanese Act on the Protection of Personal Information.
D.2 Purpose of Use
Personal information is used to provide the AI-based entertainment services described in Section 4, to communicate with Users, to enforce these Terms, and to comply with applicable law.
D.3 Cross-Border Data Transfer
Personal information may be transferred to Türkiye, the United States, the European Union, the Republic of Korea, and other jurisdictions where Trueyogi’s subprocessors operate. By using the Service, you consent to such transfers in accordance with APPI requirements. Trueyogi maintains contractual safeguards equivalent to APPI standards with all subprocessors.
D.4 Data Subject Rights
Japanese residents may exercise rights of disclosure, correction, addition, deletion, suspension of use, and suspension of provision to third parties by contacting info@dreamchaser.app.
D.5 Age of Consent
Users under fifteen (15) years of age require the consent of a parent or legal guardian to use the Service.
Addendum E — European Union Residents (GDPR + AI Act + DSA)
E.1 Data Controller
Trueyogi Wellness Teknoloji Tic. A.Ş. is the data controller for the processing of personal data of EU residents and may be contacted at info@dreamchaser.app for all data protection inquiries.
E.2 Legal Bases for Processing
- Contract performance (Article 6(1)(b)): processing necessary to provide the Service;
- Consent (Article 6(1)(a)): processing of Biometric Data and optional features;
- Legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f)): security, fraud prevention, and aggregated analytics, where such interests are not overridden by your rights;
- Legal obligation (Article 6(1)(c)): compliance with tax, accounting, and other legal requirements.
E.3 Special Category Data (Article 9)
Biometric Data submitted for face or palm analysis is processed on the basis of your explicit consent (Article 9(2)(a)) and is permanently deleted within sixty (60) seconds of analysis completion, as set out in Section 7.
E.4 Data Subject Rights
EU residents have the rights of access, rectification, erasure (“right to be forgotten”), restriction of processing, data portability, objection, withdrawal of consent (without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing), and the right to lodge a complaint with the national data protection supervisory authority of their habitual residence.
E.5 EU AI Act Transparency
The App employs AI systems for chatbot interaction (Suzan), AI-generated content (dream interpretation, astrology, Tarot), and biometric image analysis (face and palm). In accordance with Article 50 of the EU Artificial Intelligence Act, you are clearly informed that you are interacting with an AI system. The AI systems used in the App are not classified as high-risk under Annex III of the EU AI Act. AI Content is for entertainment only and is not used for high-risk decision-making.
E.6 Digital Services Act Compliance
- Trueyogi maintains a notice-and-action mechanism for reporting illegal content; reports may be submitted to info@dreamchaser.app with the subject line “DSA Notice”;
- Trueyogi communicates content moderation decisions to affected Users with a statement of reasons, except where prohibited by law;
- Trueyogi cooperates with competent authorities upon legitimate order or request.
E.7 Consumer Right of Withdrawal
EU consumers retain the fourteen (14) day right of withdrawal from Subscriptions as set out in Section 8.5, subject to the conditions described therein.
E.8 EU Contact Point
Pending the appointment of a designated representative under Article 27 of the GDPR, all EU data protection inquiries shall be directed to info@dreamchaser.app. Trueyogi acts as the primary point of contact for EU data protection matters during this period.
Addendum F — United Kingdom Residents (UK GDPR + ICO AADC)
F.1 UK GDPR
UK residents have the same data subject rights as EU residents (see Addendum E), exercisable by contacting info@dreamchaser.app.
F.2 Age Appropriate Design Code
Users under eighteen (18) are afforded additional protections in line with the Information Commissioner’s Office’s Age Appropriate Design Code, including:
- privacy-protective defaults;
- minimization of data collection;
- clear, age-appropriate transparency notices;
- no use of nudge techniques to encourage data sharing;
- no profiling switched on by default.
F.3 Supervisory Authority
UK residents may lodge complaints with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at https://ico.org.uk.
F.4 UK Contact Point
Pending the appointment of a designated representative under the UK GDPR, all UK data protection inquiries shall be directed to info@dreamchaser.app. Trueyogi acts as the primary point of contact for UK data protection matters during this period.
